She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Higgins; her daughters, Donna Kay (Stanford Shultz) of Florida, Doris Higgins of Newtown Square and Sandy (Kerwin Bauer) of Sunbury; her grandchildren, Jessica (Greg Herring), Kyle Stine (Marissa), Kaitlyn Smith, Brenna Smith, Emma Smith, Jon Bauer and Gavin Bauer; her great grandchildren, Piper Stine and Ayla Herring; and her brother Michael Ande Kear Sr..
