She was predeceased by: her parents, Joachim "Jesse" Kosloski and Mary Kosloski (Jacoski); her husband Stephen Stasick; her sons, Robert Stasick, Joseph Stasick and David Stasick; her sister Genevieve Fodor; and her brother-in-law Alex Fodor.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Patricia Shadle of Mount Carmel; her great grandchild Emily Rose Stasick of Mount Carmel; her niece Sandra Fodor (Joseph Wolkowski) of Kulpmont; and her daughter-in-law Theresa Boyer of Natalie.
