She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Horoschak and Catherine Horoschak (Murray) of Coal Run; her husband Leon; and her siblings, Walter Horoschak of Union Deposit, Patricia Kinder of Nanticoke and Elizabeth Shedleski (Betty) of Kulpmont.
She is survived by: her sisters, June Cale of Middletown, PA and Sylvia Breakey of Flagstaff, AZ; and her children, Daniel of Elysburg, Leon Jr., James of Wilburton, Elaine Rompolski of Numidia, Catherine Czarneski (Donald) of Ft. Pierce, FL, Susan Fletcher (Michael) of Kulpmont and Mary Ray (James) of Iowa City, IA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
