He is survived by: his wife Pamela Hooper (Manhart); his son Joshua D. Hooper (Janelle); his grandsons, Jaxson D. and Colton R. Hooper; his siblings, Michael Hooper, Debra E. Ebersole, Terry Perches (Mike) and Patricia A. Blank; and his parents-in-law, Sandra Long (Lavelle) and John Manhart (Trudy Hummel).
