She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Kautter and Betty Kautter; her spouse Atwood Welker; her children, Judy Frick (Ron) and Mark Welker (Michelle) of Loyalsock; her grandchildren, Matthew Frick (Kristen), Michael Frick, Kylie Welker and Katie Welker; and her great grandchild Leighton Frick.
