She is survived by: her parents, Charles Madden and Agnes Madden; her spouse Robert A. Swank Jan; her children, Cindy Thompson (Kevin) and Gary Swank (Sheila); her grandchildren, Jason Swank, Katie Clark (Silas), Sam Swank (Michelle), Brian Thompson (Sarah), Ali Swank and Connor Thompson (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Millie, Owen, Ethan and Caia; and her nieces and nephews, Betty J. Swank and Irish Valley.
