She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mitchell and Julia Mitchell (Basalay). She is survived by: her children, Julieann Mazak-Blomberg (Victor), Kimberly Mazak (Julie) and Jonathan Mazak (Meagan) of Lancaster; her sister Christine Fosbre; her friend Kim Mull of Catawissa; and her grandchildren, Jayden Mazak of Shamokin, John Mazak, Landon Mazak of Shamokin and Kaleb Mazak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
