We bid farewell to Helen L. Gearhart of Shady Grove, Pennsylvania, born in State Line, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 11, 2024 at the age of 89. Helen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Helen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Helen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jacob S. Koons and Elsie L. Binkley Koons; her husband Dale Lee Gearhart; her daughter Denise L. Baer (Charles E.) of Greencastle, PA; her granddaughter Ashley M. Baer Hopchak; and her great grandchildren, Penelope and Lincoln Hopchak.
