He was predeceased by: his parents, David Cunnard and Virginia Cunnard; and his brothers, John, Kenny and David Cunnard.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Cunnard (Hendricks); his children, Kim of Sewickley and Dawn Holman (Bob) of Baden; his grandsons, David Malarik (Rececca), Kevin Holman and Luke Holman; and his great grandchildren, David Malarik III and Matthew Malarik. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and all of his family.
