It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon R. Loucks Jr. of Sewickley, Pennsylvania, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 8, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Katherine Loucks Whitten (Ann Loucks Kahn); and his parents, Vernon R. Loucks and Sue Burton Loucks. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bunny" Linfoot Hoffman Loucks (Linda Olson Loucks); his sister Sue Ellen Loucks Williamson; his children, Charles Loucks (Julie), Gregory Srodon (Jane), Susan Adams, David Loucks (Anne), Eric Loucks (Dena), Kristi Loucks, Trip Hoffman and Wendy Burchfield (Peter); and his grandchildren, Benjamin Srodon, Olivia Loucks, Casper Srodon, John Loucks, Charles Loucks, Jackson Owen, Reece Loucks, Christopher Loucks, Alexandra Loucks, Spencer Loucks, Wrigley Loucks, Henley Loucks and Peter Burchfield (Molly). He is also survived by friend to his children and grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, contributions in Vernon's name may be made to the Christ Church at Grove Farm, 249 Duff Rd, Sewickley, PA 15143.
