She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Bodziak and Katherine Bodziak; and her aunt Isabelle Schrecker. She is survived by: her husband John Connolly; and her daughter Kristie Connolly.

To honor Sharon's love of her beloved Maltese dogs and all animals, the family requests that donations be made to Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, in lieu of flowers.
