We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2019, Rebecca Spicer (Sewickley, Pennsylvania), born in Franklin, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John S. Spicer, Sr.; her parents, Rebecca Sponsler and John Richard Hanna; her grandfather John Lindsay Hanna; her daughters, Susan Rebecca, Sara and van; her brother-in-law Richard Himes of Middletown; her son John Stephen (Terri) of Walkersville, Maryland; her grandchildren, Sara (Patrick Riley) of Ellicott City, Anastasia Himes of New York City, Taylor (Richard Pearch) of Seattle, Washington, Rachel and Lili Spicer of Walkersville Maryland; and her sister Emily (Richard Murray).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church or to Hospice of Frederick County.
