It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela S. Herbert (Sewickley, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 21, 2018, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Chuck; her children, Ashley and Cassie; and her brothers, Terry and Ken. She is also survived by her many friends, family members, and sisters.
