He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Tooch and Nicolena Tooch (Ricardelli). He is survived by: his wife Joanne (Snowden); and his children, Richard Tooch (Linda), John Tooch (Doreen) and Beth Bates (Randy). He is also survived by his six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Joseph's name.
