He is survived by: his wife Elder Darlene Turner of Sewickley, PA; his children, Devon and Jess Turner of Steubenville, OH; his grandchildren, James Turner of Steubenville, OH, Nina Turner of Steubenville, OH, Jess Turner Jr. of Steubenville, OH, Giovanni Turner of Steubenville, OH and Mykayla Turner of Steubenville, OH; his brothers, Fred Turner and Frank Turner of Ambridge, PA; his uncles, George Turner Sr. and Isaac Turner Sr. of Columbus, MS; his stepchildren, Dairfaye Taylor (David), Damawi McGhee and Tamawi McGhee; his stepgrandchildren, Jabari, Arshai, Kambrionna, Marque Taylor and Domenic Thomas McGhee; and his close friend Chris Mallory. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
