It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnathan Michael Smith (Sewickley, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ruby Boler, Bernard Boler, Francis I. Smith and Phyllis Smith; and his cousin Kelley Hankinson.
He is survived by: his parents, Marian M. Smith and Francis I. Smith, Jr.; his brother Francis I. Smith, III (Trei); his aunts, Mildred King (Oliver), Sherry Boler, Valerie M. Smith and Stephanie G. McNeill; his uncle Calvin Massie; and his cousins, Darria, Aaron King, Kenny Hankinson, Lena and Keldan Carr. He is also survived by Great Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Heart Association.
