He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paul Francis and Grace Warner Francis; his wife Ginny; his sister Rosina Nagy; and his granddaughter Rachel Francis.
He is survived by: his children, Marilyn Weigle (Joe) of Peachtree City, GA and David Francis (Susan); his sister Jean Beatty of Sewickley, PA; his sister-in-law Maribelle "Happy" Denslow of Sierra Madre, CA; his grandchildren, David Jon Francis (Elizabeth) of Boulder, CO, Jessica Francis (Joshua Hill) of Hattiesburg, MS, Anne Karney (Mike) of Ravenna, OH, Kelsey Francis of Orlando, FL, Clint Weigle of Covington, GA and Crystal Weigle of Austin, TX; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Madeline Francis-Hill, William, Adeline Francis and Evelyn Karney.
Due to COVID-19, there will be no funeral service at this time.
