He was predeceased by: his parent Guy Daniels; his wife Mildred Daniels (Speicher); and his brother Ted Daniels. He is survived by: his parent Ellen McCartney Daniels; his children, John Daniels (Pamela), Cheryl Tragard (Ted) of Pittsburgh, Craig Daniels of Wenatchee, WA and Susan Johnson (Ronald) of Richmond, MN; and his grandchildren, Heather, Marie, Brandan Johnson and Steven Woods (Elizabeth).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital.
