He is survived by: his parents, Dale Hines and Linda Hines; his wife Shannon [O'Brien] Hines; his sons, Bradly Hines, Beckett Hines, Boden Hines and Baylor Hines; his brother Jared Hines; his cousins, Christie Chiesa, Patrick Chiesa and Brennan Klimchock; and his brother-in-law Casey O'Brien (Wendy).
