He was predeceased by: his brother Bradly Hines; his nieces and nephews, Gavin O'Brien, Grant O'Brien, Grace O'Brien and Reyna Hines; his uncle Jack Chiesa (Jan); and his aunt Karen Chiesa (Todd).

He is survived by: his parents, Dale Hines and Linda Hines; his wife Shannon [O'Brien] Hines; his sons, Bradly Hines, Beckett Hines, Boden Hines and Baylor Hines; his brother Jared Hines; his cousins, Christie Chiesa, Patrick Chiesa and Brennan Klimchock; and his brother-in-law Casey O'Brien (Wendy).

Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schellhaas & Sons F. H. & Cremation (1600 Stone Mansion Dr, Sewickley, PA 15143). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Schellhaas & Sons Funeral Home (1600 Stone Mansion Dr, Sewickley, PA 15143).
