James W. McGrew Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James W. McGrew of Sewickley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 20, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James W. McGrew to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William McGrew and Alta McGrew (Blackburn); his wife Elizabeth Ann McGrew (Aller); and his sister Jane Cochran. He is survived by: his children, William McGrew (Missy), Lisa Ciarlo (Christopher) and Wayne McGrew (Larissa); his grandchildren, Brittney Reay (Adam), Megan Bolar (Gordon), Madison Moyer (Nathan), Nicholas Ciarlo (Molly), Hallie McGrew, Carter McGrew and Jameson McGrew; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Parker Reay and Damaris Moyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jr. Funeral Home (901 Vine St, West Newton, PA 15089). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
