She is survived by: her children, Rosemary Sweazen, Bernard Smith (Mary), Mars Pa, Thomas Smith (Kathleen), Moon Twp and Mary Schulmeister (Carl); her grandchildren, Tony, Anthony (Aimee), Chris (Jessica), Kelly, Ben Michael (Chelsey), Brian and Nicole (Marco); her nieces and nephews, Nancy, Cheryl, Greg and David; her husband Bernard Smith; her son Daniel Smith; her husband Shirley Balisky (Harry); and also, Robert Hohman and Eugene (Helen Marie Hohman). She is also survived by children and great grand nieces.
