He is survived by: his wife Maryann Nowak (Graves); his son Mark Nowak; his daughter-in-law Tina Nowak; his daughter Catherine Nowak Wiechelt (Cathy); his son-in-law Tom Wiechelt; his daughters, Ann Nowak Wilson, Margaret Nowak (Meg) and Sarah Nowak Sawyer (Sally); his son-in-law Dan Sawyer; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Nowak, John Nowak, Patrick Nowak, Maria Nowak, Susan Wiechelt Graybill, Thomas Wiechelt, Katie Wiechelt Ferreira, Sarah Wilson DeMicheli, Amy Wilson, Robert Westerlund, James Westerlund, Christian Sawyer and Edie Sawyer.
