She is survived by: her husband Robert J Kluz; her son Robert Kluz II (Jenni) of Dublin, OH; her sister Anne Matteis (Fiore) of Worthington, OH; and her granddaughters, Madeline, Natalie and Sophia Kluz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
