He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray C. Walters and Waunetta Flo Walters (Groscost); his wife Elizabeth M. Walters (Strathman); his siblings, Albert Jay Walters and Joyce Elaine Campbell; and his daughter-in-law Debra L. Walters.
He is survived by: his son Donald Allen Walters; and his sister Velma Lou Neff (Theodore). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
