He is survived by: his parent Janice Hope Minnix Lewis Sr.; his spouses, Margaret Ann Lewis and Kristina Lescinsky (Christopher); his grandchildren, Kaia Iverson, Athena Iverson and August Iverson; his siblings-in-law, Lloyd Lewis (Carol) and Patricia Beaver (Larry); and also Melanie Lewis.
