She was predeceased by: her brother Andy Gulish. She is survived by: her parents, Andrew Gulish and CeDellia Bradley Gulish; her sons, Brian (Dayna Gulish) and John Duzicky III (Larissa Stec); her brothers, Duane (Phyllis Gulish) and Jeff (Shana Gulish); and her grandchildren, Bennett Mac and Ryan DeAnna.
