He is survived by: his wife Peggy Weisz Siulborski; his son Jeff Siulborski of Sewickley; his daughter-in-law Meghann Siulborski of Sewickley; his daughter Julie Adams of South Heights; his son-in-law Larry Adams of South Heights; his grandchildren, Shelby Parker, Jacob Siulborski and Zachary Siulborski; his great grandchild Kayla Parker; his sister-in-law Donald Siulborski; his niece Gina Bianchin; and also, Gloria Siulborski and Wexford.
