She was predeceased by: her father John L. "Jack" Butts. She is survived by: her mother Elaine Butts (Powell); her husband Clinton Scott Slima; her son Jason Lanham; her grandchildren, Ava and Nicholas Lanham; and her siblings, Robby Butts (Renita), Adam Butts, Cindy Nicoletti (Robert), Vicky Schoppert (Craig), Laura Gordon (Mark), Christine Collins and Aubrey Shipley (Brian). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, 1000 Dutch Ridge Road, 4th floor Beaver PA 15009.
