She was predeceased by: her parent Joesph Daroczy; her sister Sue Janakovich; and her brother-in-law Stanley Gornick. She is survived by: her parent Eliza Daroczy (Howlett); her husband Albert Filat; her daughters, Dawn Mihalko (Jeffrey) and Trina Aubrey; her grandchildren, Kayla Smolk (Chris) of Johnstown, Sarah Penatzer (Matt) of Johnstown, Nathan Mihalko of Windber and Tonya Aubrey of Windber; her great grandchildren, Arayanna Penatzer, Sabrina Penatzer, Smolk Penatzer and Aaron Penatzer; and her sisters, Joann Gornick of Johnstown, Etta Solecki (Eddie) of Johnstown, Lynn Doll Daroczy and East Straudsburg. She is also survived by sister, wife, mother and grandmother.
