He is survived by: his wife Stacie Kelly (Rovan); his siblings, Patrick (Margaret Kelly), Colleen Fodor (Don) and Janet Kelly; his sisters-in-law, Christine Kelly (Hauck) and Mary Zadik; his children, Tim Waulk (Tammy), Christa Findley (Frank, Jr.) and Shawn Waulk; his grandchildren, Devan, Matthew, Kyle (Alura), Amber, Emilly, Brooklynn, Katilynn, Serenity, Kaden and Myia; and his great grandchild Mason.
