She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Clair Hood and Adah Hood (Younkin); and her brother Marvin Hood. She is survived by: her husband Andrew Bakos; her sons, Jeffrey Hill (Cecelia) and Brian Hill; and her siblings, Darlene Bonnett (John) and Ivan Hood (Sue). She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Blacklick Creek Christian Church (1488 Bracken Rd, Vintondale, PA 15961). A committal service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Grandview Cemetery (801 Millcreek Rd, Johnstown, PA 15905).
