He was predeceased by: his grandson Russell Allen Fisher; and his siblings, Mildred Gipe, Fern Williams, Alma Hyde, Lucille Houser, John Fisher, Wilbur Fisher, Norman Fisher and Harvey Fisher.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Umbrell Fisher; his son Gary L. Fisher; and his siblings, Ralph G. Fisher and Belva F. Sheaffer (Donald) of Derry Township. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Visiting Nurse Association of Hanover & Spring Grove, 440 Madison Street, Hanover, PA 17331-4700; or to Calvary United Methodist Church, 4700 Locust Lane, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
