He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Grothey and Naomi Grothey (Wildasin); and his brothers, Kenneth and Charles Grothey. He is survived by: his wife Hilda S. Grothey (Carlin); his children, Beverly Napier (Samuel), Robert Grothey (Melissa) and Mark Grothey (Bonnie); his stepchildren, Jamie Ronk (Angela) and Linda Ronk (Elizabeth); and his siblings, James Grothey and Connie Fackler. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Due to COVID19, the family kindly requests for guests to wear masks if you plan to attend the viewing or funeral service.
