He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Forry and Beulah A. Forry (Cramer); and his sister Donna L. Dorsey. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary L. Malott, Linda M. Eisenhart, Kenneth L. Forry and Dennis E. Forry.
