He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Alice Hayden (Pruitt). He is survived by: his former wife Faye L. Kemp of Seven Valleys, PA; his son James E. Rodgers of New Cumberland, PA; and his siblings, Lloyd Hayden of West York, Lyhue Wynegar of West York and Peggy Knaggs.
