She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Wilbert Jack (Wib); her children, David Jack (Mary), Don Jack (Linda), William Jack (Sally) and Proud; her grandchildren, David Jack (Stephanie), Emily Jack (Aaron Smithers), Sean Jack, Rachel Jack (Corbin Harkins), Rustin Ohler (Rebecca) and Derek Ohler (Barb); and her siblings, Diana Citriniti (Ross), Harry Couts and Joyce Dell. She was also cherished by 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary Ann's name to Most Holy Name Parish or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
