He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis "Berry" Wilkinson and Estelle Harris Wilkinson; and his siblings, Leon Wilkinson, Virginia Knight, Christine Harrell and Margie Thompson.

He is survived by: his wife Sara Cleland Wilkinson; his son Alan Wilkinson (Jean) of Mars; his grandchildren, Wesley Wilkinson (Tanya) of Chicora, PA, Whitney Anderson (Joe) of Quakertown, PA and Shelby Wilkinson of Philadelphia, PA; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Brady Wilkinson, Jackson and Julia Anderson; and his sister Dorothy McElroy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
