He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Moschak and Mary Moschak; his wife Lucille Moschak (Ondecko); his sisters, Virginia Clavin (Moschak) and Dorlene Stater (Moschak); and his nephew David Ondecko.
He is survived by: his sons-in-law, Lisa Fowler, Stephen Fowler, Lynette Calkins and James Calkins; his grandsons, Edward Calkins and Russell Calkins; his brother-in-law Miles Ondecko; and his nieces and nephews, Peter Clavin, Christopher Stater, Timothy Stater, Robert Ondecko, Diane Sansky and Linda Hamilton.
