She was predeceased by: her parents, William Francis and Elsie Leona Taylor Osborne. She is survived by: her husband Harvey LaVerne Rice; her brothers, John Milton Osborne (Virginia) of Prospect and David Eugene Osborne (Doris) of Prospect; her daughters, Debra J. Shreve (Stanley) of Union City and Kathleen J. Lutz (Neal) of Prospect; her grandchildren, Shawn C. Evans of Prospect, Mary E. (Joseph), Merveldt of Sebring, FL, Jesse A. Evans (Shanna) of Harmony, Katherine J. Czech (Travis) of Erie, William E. Shreve (Kristin) of Prospect, Adam L. Lutz (Katie) of Prospect and Amanda J. Campbell (Ryan) of Union City; and her siblings, Margaret Ella Osborne, William Lee Osborne, Wayne Allen Osborne and Robert Francis Osborne. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
