It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Moyer of Seneca, Pennsylvania, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merritt E. Moyer and Hazel J. Moyer (Bush); her siblings, Mildred Moyer, Alice Smith, Bernice Moyer, Merritt Glenn Moyer and Eugene Moyer; her nieces, Rose Smith and Elista Phillippi; and her nephew Eric Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Donna Lineman of Seneca; her niece Tracy Lineman of Maryland; her nephews, Jeff Smith of Oil City and Derek Smith of New Bethlehem; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Meghan Skokowski of Maryland, Chad Skokowski Jr. of Maryland, Korina Skokowski of Maryland, Thomas Phillippi (Kayla) of Kossuth, Jessi Phillippi of Knox and Josh Griffin of Oil City; and also, Braxton Phillippi and Mayleigh Phillippi.
