He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Kapp and Barbara Ann Clark Kapp; and his brother David S. Kapp. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie; his children, Ryan A. Kapp (Karen) of Oil City, Krista Ann Schwab (Cody) of Venus and Kara Lynn Hite (Jim) of Kennerdell; his grandchildren, Makayla, Alyssa, John, Colton, Clayton, Maria and KateLynn "Katie"; his siblings, Stanley E. Kapp (Mary) of Pace, FL, Daniel L. Kapp (Joy) of Derrick City and Beth Ann Hazlett (Wayne) of Oil City; and his sister-in-law Tangy Kapp of Seneca. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and many friends.
