He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Polm and Maria Polm (Hetzler); and his brothers-in-law, Robert, Bud, Larry Tenney, Conrad and LeJay Sottiaux.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Candy Polm Rodgers (Dale) of Cochranton and Robert "Bobby" Polm of Rockland; his grandchildren, Brian Thomas Rodgers (Andrea) of Conneaut Lake, Amy Marie Custead (Jonathan) of Cochranton and Robin MacDonald (Blake) of Apollo; his great grandchildren, Ainsley Rodgers, Avery MacDonald and Lane Custead; and his sisters-in-law, Eva Sottiaux, Ruth Sottiaux, Doris Schwab, Bev Tenney, Peggy Tenney and Sally Tenney.
