He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leroy O'Neil and Norma Faye Berlin O'Neil; and his brother Sheldon O'Neil. He is survived by: his wife Pamela M. Orr; his friends, Ken Hall, Pete, Gordon and Alex; his sons, Aaron J. O'Neil (Erin Drago) of Lexington Park, MD and Adam M. O'Neil (Hillary Evans) of Cranberry, PA.; his grandchildren, Brennan A. O'Neil, Everly A. O'Neil and Ethan J. O'Neil; his brothers, Mark A. O'Neil (Sue Fritz) of Seneca, PA. and Karl L. O'Neil (Nancy Rankin) of Seneca, PA.; and his aunts, Susan Lineman of Cranberry, PA and Barbara Smith of Derrick City, PA. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
