She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Keith and Lucy Keith (Ritchey); and her siblings, Lloyd Keith, Virgil Keith (Jean), Richard Keith and Grace Usoff.
She is survived by: her children, Rainie Siverling of Seneca and Keith Siverling (Cheri) of Seneca; her grandchildren, Kyle Siverling (Nicki) of Pittsburgh, Kasey Thiel (Ryan) of Pittsburgh, Josh Harman of Oil City and Chelsea Galletta (Mike) of Kokomo, Indiana; and her great grandchildren, Brody Siverling and Lyla Thiel.
