She was predeceased by: her father Guy Edward Heckathorn; her husband William Franklin; and her sister Karen L. Davis. She is survived by: her mother JoAnn K. Heckathorn (Russell) of Seneca; her daughter Carol Ann Franklin of Franklin; her stepson Benjamin Franklin (Alicia Wilson); her stepgrandson William of Seneca; and her siblings, Richard Heckathorn (Charlene) of Maysville, Kimberley Davis (Thomas) of Polk and Jane Zimmerman (David) of Cheektowaga.
