It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rolla C. Nelson Jr. (Seneca, Pennsylvania), born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolla C. Nelson Sr. and Eliza Nelson (Mackey); and his siblings, James E. Nelson and Martha Conaway. He is survived by: his sister Isabelle Hendershot of Rockland; his nieces and nephews, Chuck Frawley, Scott Nelson, Debra Frawley, Susan King (Steve) and Coleen Lane (Gerald); his great-nephew Josh Frawley; and his great-nieces, Kayla Pouliot and Cassandra Frawley.
