She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Dick" Clark and Sarah Ruth Staup Clark. She is survived by: her children, Ryan A. Kapp (Karen) of Oil City, Krista Ann Schwab (Cody) of Venus and Kara Lynn Hite (Jim) of Kennerdell; and her grandchildren, Makayla, Alyssa, John, Colton, Clayton, Maria and KateLynn "Katie". She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and many friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Atlantic Avenue Church, 160 Atlantic Ave. Franklin, PA 16323.
