He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Roland "Wimp" and Beverly June Wice (Moon); his daughter Sommer Wice; and his stepson David Falkenburg. He is survived by: his children, Danielle M. Walters of Seneca and Russell L. Wice (Elizabeth Dunham) of Oil City; his stepchildren, Christina Frazier and Eric Falkenburg of Hanover; his grandchildren, Lovanna, Brielle, Olivia, Bryce, Morgan, Jacob, Joe, Bailey Walters, Rowan James Wice, Maren, Jameson, Isabella Frazier, Gabrielle of Caitlin, C. J. and Zachary Gilbert; his great grandchildren, Kinzlee and Raven; his brother Timothy Wice (Michelle) of Seneca; his nieces and nephews, Shane and Carlie; and his sister Jeany Bryner of Ohio.
