She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry David and Wilda Olive Schoch (Slocum); her husband Wade V. Perry; and her son David V. Perry (Jeanie). She is survived by: her children, Joyce M. Perry of Seneca and Thomas D. Perry (Nancy) of Oil City; her grandchildren, Alan Perry of Oil City and Sara Perry of Texas; and her great grandchild Nicholas McKinney of Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
