It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul R. Rice (Seneca, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford W. Rice and Velma R. Rice (Spangler); and his siblings, Wallace "Barney" Rice, Evelyn Rice, Jean Bechard, Maurice "Doc" Rice and Earl "Shorty" Rice.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Barber (John) of Franklin, Mark Rice of Franklin and Betsy Schmude (David) of Cranberry; his grandchildren, Melany McCrea (Patrick) of Pleasantville, Holly Barber of Rockland, Jolene Green (Michael) of Seneca, Amanda Barber of Franklin, Elizabeth Schmude of Cranberry, Olivia Schmude of Oil City and Robert Schmude of Cranberry; his great grandchild Abraham Shah of Rockland; and his sister Janis Sutton (Willard) of Townville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
